A unique place on Elba Island
Our family’s estate since 1954 is a unique place on the Elba island, situated just three kilometres away from the town of Portoferraio. Here you will discover the poetry of Seccione: breath-taking views of the sea, the cliffs and of the Scoglietto islet with its lighthouse. The local natural environment, modified by farmers over centuries, has been included in the National Park of the Tuscan Archipelago since 1996.
THREE HECTARES ALONG THE COASTLINE, BETWEEN SCRUBS PINES AND HOLM OAKS
In the property, which extends for three hectares along the coast between scrub, pines and holm oaks, you will find two ancient farmhouses, an old warehouse and the villa, where our family lives, all restored with sober elegance.
POOL OF SEA WATER
The 17×7 meters Seccione’s pool is about 30 meters from the sea. It is filled with water taken directly from the sea, and is placed on a terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the gulf.
Here you can find various living spaces: a table, a sunbathing area with sunbeds and deck chairs, a shower where water directly springs from the stone. The architecture is in harmony with the environment with elements built with natural materials, including local wood, stone and soil.
BELVEDERE TERRACE WITH SAND
The view from the terrace, set on the rocks, ranges from the Gulf of Seccione to the open sea, embracing all the emotions that the sea transmits in any season and mood.
Our Houses
The estate’s offer includes 2 house apartments, a detached house and a studio apartment, fully furnished and equipped.
They all offer a sea view, access to the swimming pool and the belvedere, a car park, as well as a private outdoor area where you can rest and eat.
